Return and Refund Policy

> Do you accept returns?

We accept and allow FREE returns for new and unused jewelry items. No questions asked.

1. Use the label we have provided that came with your order.

2. Use the appropriate package for the label we sent you.  

3. Send your new and unused item(s) back within 14 days after you receive your package.

4. We will refund you AFTER we receive and inspect the item. Send us an email if you have any questions at support@orocentral.com

>When will I receive my refund?

We will refund your money back to the original method of payment. Once we send your refund it can take up to 7-10 business days for you to receive your refund based on your bank. Send us an email if you have any questions at support@orocentral.com

> My item came to me damaged?!

Although this is rare it is not impossible. Once the package leaves our hands it is at the mercy of USPS. We inspect each item before we package it, and make sure to pack our items as securely as possible. In the case that you receive a damaged item, let us know the item came damaged, and we will send you a return label and you can send the damaged item back to us. This is the only time we will give a full refund on a damaged item. If you want to return your damaged item 14 days after delivery we will no longer accept a return. Send us an email if you have any questions at support@orocentral.com

>What if I send Oro Central, inc. a return and it gets damaged in transit?

If the item you are returning is damaged at all we will only offer a partial refund not a full refund. Make sure that you package the item securely so that the item does not get damaged in transit, boxes are more secure than padded envelopes, if you choose to return an item in a padded envelope you are taking the risk of the item getting damaged.
